At Jackdaw Gallery, we offer FREE UK mainland delivery on orders over £150 when you purchase directly from our website. We also provide international shipping options to UK islands, Europe, and International World Zones 1 and 2 upon request.

Shipping

Postage and delivery are FREE for all orders over £150 within mainland UK. For orders below this threshold, a shipping fee of £4.95 will apply.

For customers outside mainland UK, prices for international shipping are available upon request.

Delivery Methods

Depending on the value, size, and weight of your artwork or package, we will always choose the safest and most economical route for delivery. For instance, we often use Royal Mail for smaller items within the UK, while larger, heavier, or more expensive items are dispatched via a parcel carrier.

Regardless of the delivery method we select, our goal is to ensure your purchase arrives as quickly as possible. Most delivery methods will require a signature upon receipt. 

We typically dispatch your order within five working days (unless we are framing it for you, in which case please allow an additional 10 working days). If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and provide options for either an alternative item or order cancellation.

If you need your artwork by a specific date, please reach out to us before placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
